SV Agent is an early-stage subpoena review tool for in-house legal, privacy, compliance, and data governance teams. The product is designed to help teams analyze subpoenas requesting customer data and flag potential privacy risks in GPS and location records, including visits to sensitive locations such as places of worship, reproductive health clinics, LGBTQ+ venues, or other sensitive areas.

SV Agent is currently in a pre-launch phase. Features, availability, and pricing may change before general release.

You may use the Website for lawful, professional purposes related to learning about SV Agent. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

You may start a free trial or create an account to try SV Agent. Doing so does not create a customer relationship, attorney-client relationship, or guarantee of ongoing product access, pricing, or availability beyond the trial terms we provide at signup.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue trial access at our discretion while SV Agent remains in early development.

SV Agent does not provide legal advice. The Website, product materials, sample outputs, and any communications from us are for informational purposes only.

Legal teams should consult qualified counsel when reviewing subpoenas, privacy obligations, regulatory requirements, or other legal compliance decisions. You are solely responsible for how you use information from the Website or any future SV Agent product.

SV Agent is not yet generally available. We make no promise that the product will launch on any particular timeline or with any specific features. Access to previews, trials, or beta programs may be limited, revoked, or changed at any time.

The Website and all related content — including text, branding, design, software, and documentation — are owned by SV Agent or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

If you upload documents, provide feedback, or otherwise submit content through SV Agent, you represent that you have the right to share that information. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submissions to operate the service, improve SV Agent, and communicate with you about your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website without permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation or submit false information
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law

The Website and all related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SV Agent and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are posted.
